Lead – Sales Training
The Sales Trainer will lead, design and execute Sales training programs for the assigned region in line with the organisation and function imperatives that will enable the Global Commercial Organization (GCO) function to achieve its business strategies. The incumbent will act as the lead for the respective region and will be the one point of contact for all Sales training interventions and ensure maximum participation in line with the agreed training calendar
Responsible for the Regional Training requirements with focus on Class Room Sessions, Virtual Training sessions and On the Job Sessions
Contribute in development of Sales training modules and training aids like demos for training
Develop and streamline processes and manage the entire gamut of the Training activities in Sales
Facilitate Training Nominations & Training Calendar creation and execution as per timelines
Perform training Need Analysis at Dealerships via coordination with regions and on the basis of Learning Management System (LMS) data
Establishing feedback systems to assess effectiveness of training programmes and draw vital inputs to enhance value proposition in the training structure.
Ability to Implement innovative ways of improving knowledge base and skill sets of training program participants, which help in grow the business
Perform Audit calls to analyse call quality at the dealerships, identify training need and deliver corrective learning sessions
Produce training schedules and classroom agenda, Determine course content according to objectives
Prepare training material including presentations, worksheets etc.
Lead execution of training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
Maintain reports and data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Continuous evaluation of Dealer manpower and identifies areas needing improvement
Conduct regular audits on training process and training centre inventory
Create monthly MIS with respect to Regional training centre with action plan to improve the same
Involve in critical complaints diagnosis support in resolution
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
5+ Years of automotive training delivery experience
