Roles and Responsibilities:

Create the research environment and develop the research projects for extramural funding
Plan, coordinate and execute assigned research/capstone projects.
Minimum two research paper published in reputed/approved journal in each year
Minimum one Research project submit in any funding agency
ONE presentation at any conference, seminar or workshop.
ONE FDP/QIP attended for skill enhancement
Minimum one Patent/copyright in each year
One Book chapter in each year
One text/reference book in each year
Develop the Short term course
Supervising Faculty committees
Supervising University committee
Examination supervision & moderation
Practical Training supervision (Internship)
Project/Dissertation/Thesis supervision
Career Counselling (Mentoring)
Student Industrial Visits

Desired Candidate Profile

Age: Candidate should have preferably be aged less than 50 years
Qualification: UG and PG must be in same domain and Ph.D. must be awarded
Experience: Candidate having minimum15 years of experience (Academics/Industrial/Research), out of 15 years of experience minimum 5 years of experience must be post Ph. D, and minimum 5 years as Associate Professor.
Research: Minimum 15 research papers (In Scopus/SCI journals), 10 research papers in International/National conferences must be published
Knowledge Domain:

Scientific report writing and proposal writing.
Research Innovations (Cutting-edge frontiers, Research Project Development, Industry Interface, IPR, Patents, Innovations, and Industry Connect etc.)
Use of innovative teaching methodologies
Writing and knowledge of writing extramural funding projects and seed money projects
Incubation center, startup, entrepreneurship
Organization of MDP, FDP, QIP, and refresher course
PO, PSO, PEO, CO, and attainment metrics
Curriculum design and development
Development of the short term courses
Moderation/Preparation question papers
