Job Objective
Responsible for implementation and execution of specific processes efficiently and successfully within the defined terms of the process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles and Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end execution of the processes assigned to ensure smooth operations in the FunctionEnsure specific tasks are implemented efficiently, successfully and within the agreed terms of the project
Process Implementation
Ensure the implementation of the tools, methods and interventions defined for the function framework to ensure the effective functioningRun frequent analysis on varied programs from time to time to make further process improvementsCoordinate and engage in departmental meetings and committees to share insights and suggestions
HR Technology and Analytics
Regularly analyse varied HR metrics and keep abreast with the new trends, latest technologies, advanced tools to improve HR processesImplement practices to ensure system usage for workflow, analysis, and reporting; Determine controls to assure data accuracy in the system

Assist managers in relation to all process related queriesActive participation in varied forums and conferences to explore emerging HR trends

Collaborate with Function Specialist to understand function strategies and initiatives

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Organizational Psychology or relevant fieldHigher degree in relevant field preferably
Experiences:
More than 6 years of experience in HR field in a similar position for mid-sized / large organizationProven problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in program management and stakeholder managementStrong interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
