Purpose of the role
Patient Care Executive is the first point of contact at Surehab clinics. She is a compassionate individual who
will help to run the clinic smoothly by scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in patients, answering
phones, maintaining accounts and records, maintenance & upkeep of the clinic and other tasks as needed.

This role reports to Associate Centre Manager / Centre Manager.

Accountabilities
Execution
Attends patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments
Registers patients according to established protocols and assists patients to complete all necessary forms
and documentation
Answers incoming patient requests / queries and deals with inquiries in a professional manner.
Responds to patient concerns timely and ensure patient satisfaction.
Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival and reminding providers
of service delays.
Processes bills, collects payments and provides invoices to patient on real-time basis.
Reconciles cheque and cash deposits on a daily basis
Maintains inventory and equipment by conducting stock audits to determine inventory level, placing and
expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.
Schedule equipment service and repairs for the upkeep of the clinic
Maintains all trackers and reports with real time data and submits the same in a time bound manner
