JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Handle logistics-related queries
Figuring out more logistics partner for better services and feasibility of the company and the customer.
Resolve basic issues being faced by the order process team
Keeping track of product information such as weight being charged by logistics etc.
Getting in touch with Flipkart and Amazon in case of any tech issue like late dispatch or orders stuck in processing via their support channel
Keeping track of shipments and ensuring proper and timely delivery at the earliest.
Keeping track of logistics account and ensuring timely reverts on the same

SKILL SET REQUIRED

Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Superior keyboarding skills are a must for this job.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
