Full Job Description :-

Graduate and Post Graduate
1. Providing initial, ongoing and refresher training (face to face) to customer stakeholders.
2. Hand- holding the users (particularly the administrator) and assisting them in effective usage of the platform and act as their go-to-person for doubts on the product.
3. Gathering customer data where required to support implementations.
4. Acting as the bridge between the Skillskonnect operational team and customer or channel partner.
5. Reporting issues faced by the users to the Product / Operational team.
6. Managing customer expectations around delivery times for product fixes and enhancements.
7. Conducting periodic dipstick with users to proactively monitor product satisfaction.
8. Monitoring product usage encouraging customers to increase usage where there is scope for improvement.
1. Minimum 3 yr experience in B2B enterprise experience in Customer Success portfolio from Saas Background.
2. Attention to detail and have zeal to get into the grass root level to fix an issue.
3. Relationship Management and build customer focused strategies.
4. Concentrate on Customer Retention
5. Energetic team player driven and self-motivated
