Coordinate with the Senior Management Team during actual events or potential unplanned business interruptions and provide direction, as appropriate, in the execution of the Business Continuity process
will oversee the planning, coordination, and scheduling of business continuity testing and exercises to validate plans, requirements, and overall readiness
will be involved in Internal and Client Audits; send timely Internal
Communication of updates and trends of potential impacts; support the development and maintenance of enterprise Business Continuity policies, standards, and guidelines through New Client Implementation and supervise timely completion of BC-related deliverables across TaskUs enterprise.
